by Chef Martin Draluck

The Black Pot Summer Series is an intimate, story-driven dinner experience celebrating the culinary legacy of Black chefs, cooks, and visionaries who shaped American food history. Hosted at Alta Adams, each evening features a four-course menu inspired by a historic figure — from presidential chefs to cookbook authors — brought to life through food, wine, and narrative. Through these dinners, we reclaim forgotten stories, honor Black excellence, and gather around the table as a space of memory, resistance, and joy. Two seatings available nightly, with optional wine pairings.
